In cases of a shared hosting, we can help if the issue is related to DELAVO and NOT to the server.
What information we need from you when submitting your ticket:
- Your cPanel login codes
- Your FTP login codes (in most of the cases they are the same with cPanel's codes)
- The URL of your DELAVO Installation
- Your DELAVO login codes
With your receipt handy and the 4 prerequisite information, click on the icon you can see on the bottom right to submit a request for technical support.
